Our mission is to provide Art Therapy sessions to children, teenagers and young adults from age 4-25 in Harlow, Essex and Stanstead Abbotts, Hertfordshire.
We are passionate about offering young people access to creative therapies to support them with managing their emotions and improve their mental health.
We work holistically, this means we form relationships with parents and other professionals to enrich the whole system around the child. We want to create long lasting change that continues to blossom as they grow into young adults
We take a child centred approach to therapy, focusing on the unique needs of each individual within their specific family system. It can be difficult to know when and how to get professional support for your child. If your child is feeling sad or anxious for a prolonged period of time, if you have any serious concerns about your child’s behaviour, or how they are feeling/ acting, you may want to seek professional help. Art Therapists are registered with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and have completed a Masters in Art Therapy. This gives you peace of mind that your child is treated with a high standard of care and support, with specific training, experience and expertise in mental health.
