Hello, my name is Amber Bartlett. I completed a Masters Degree in Art Therapy in 2019. This qualification comes with HCPC registration an an art psychotherapist. I am the founder and Director of Orange Zebra. I use creative materials including paint, clay, image cards, slime making and sand tray to support self-expression, emotional regulation and to develop communication. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent young people with over 20 years experience. I have worked with adopted children and children with an SGO in partnership with local authority since 2019. Alongside my work with young people, I work with parents on an individual basis. I am passionate about reconnecting parents with their confidence and resilience as their navigate life’s challenges. I enjoy using attachment theory to help think about their child’s as well as looking back into their own history to work through any unresolved experiences that may impact their relationship with themselves or others.

Hello, my name is Kiera, I am a fully qualified HCPC registered Art Therapist and a full member of the British Association of Art Therapists. I am experienced in working with children and young people including those with emotional, behavioural and communication challenges. I am also qualified to work with adults. I strive to provide clients with a safe space to explore their individual needs, those who experience debilitating anxiety can slowly return to feeling more regulated through the use of art therapy techniques. I find moving slowly towards their personalised goals gives them agency and a real sense of achievement. I am a positive person with a kind, calm nature. I take time to get to know my clients, working at a pace that feels good for them.

Dramatherapist

Hello my name is Alison, I qualified as a Dramatherapist in 2008. I have 17 years experience working with children and young people in one-one sessions and group dramatherapy projects. I have worked within CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service NHS) for the past two years. I use story making, embodiment, role play, puppet work, projective play, drama games and other creative arts therapy techniques offering the space to look at things from different perspectives, explore feelings, make connections and find ways forward to experience positive change. I am an integrative creative psychotherapist and place the client at the centre of the work, responding to the here and now.
